Fought in War of Independence, enlisting 25 Jun 1779 and again in 1780 and 1781. Served in 10th Regt Massachusetts Line, at Rutland VT, and in Rhode Island.
118In 1790 he was at Saltash (now Plymouth) VT as head of a family of four. They moved to Onandaga Co NY. Purchased land at Batavia NY in 1805. Moved ca 1812 to Ashtabula Co OH and lived near Kingsville.
